Jacqui Arce-Quinton is opening Pure Barre in Princeton this week. What is Pure Barre? It’s a studio with stationary handrails, known as barres, that provide support during exercise. Barres are typically used in ballet studios for warm up and training. The doors will open on Friday, March 11 with a full schedule (see below) on Hulfish Street at Palmer Square, directly over Mediterra.
Pure Barre offers 55 minute long low impact classes that focuses on small isometric movements, which give you a full body, fat burning workout. It concentrates on your bottom, hips, thighs, abdominals, and arms, which are the areas women struggle with most. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section to create long, lean muscles without bulk.
They are offering a Pre-Opening Special for new clients. Receive five weeks of unlimited classes for $100 good until March 10 at 11:59 PM. On March 11, the offer becomes four weeks for $100. Their recommendation is to set a goal of exercising three times per week, and they claim that you will start seeing results in ten classes or just over three weeks.
