The Arts Council of Princeton (ACP) presents Sarah Donner in a Holiday Soiree on Saturday, December 12, 8 PM. The concert will take place in the ACP’s Solley Theater at the Paul Robeson Center for the Arts here in Princeton. Sarah’s acoustic style is playful with bright melodies and driving instrumentals. Guitarist and vocalist Amanda Duncan and Chris Q. Murphy will join Sarah on Saturday. They will be playing everything from ballads to bluegrass, and accompanying Sarah with powerful vocals. Tickets are available at the door 30 minutes before show time, and are $12 for general admission and $10 ACP members, students and seniors.
Westminter Choir College alum Sarah Donner is a local indie folk pop singer/songwriter with six albums under her belt. Her love of kittens not only trickle into her songs, but are occasionally the main focus. Her unique voice and style make her one of Princeton’s favorite local performing artists.
The Arts Council of Princeton is a non-profit organization founded in 1967 with a mission of building community through the arts. It does this by presenting a wide range of programs including exhibitions, performances, free community cultural events, and studio-based classes and workshops in the visual, performing and literary arts. The Holiday Soiree is just one example of how the ACP enriches our community.
