On Sunday, December 16th Princeton Center for Yoga & Health and David Brahinsky and Friends will support One Simple Wish in hosting a concert and luncheon to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy. There have been other local benefits to assist those affected by the superstorm, but this is one that just about everyone can afford to attend.
One Simple Wish is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that has been making small miracles happen for foster children and vulnerable families since December 2008. It’s broadened its mission for a moment to help families in need after the storm from Hoboken to Toms River. One Simple Wish has even been recognized by the American Red Cross for their relief efforts. All donations received will not only benefit American Red Cross shelters, but those throughout New Jersey.
Princeton Center for Yoga & Health will host the event, David Brahinsky and Friends will perform live, Sahara Restaurant will provide the food, and Tehmina Jovindah has organized this benefit. Tickets are only a minimum of $15. For more information, directions, or registration, please call 609-924-7294 or visit Princeton Yoga’s site.
